Olivia Reith

Partner

Olivia brings senior industry expertise following a career of almost two decades in investor relations as well as corporate affairs consulting in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her subsequent transition to executive search leveraged her strong relationship building skills, analytical and advisory skills, and long-standing interest in mindset and personal development.

She is skilled at cutting to the core of what’s critical in a search brief and ensuring we credibly represent our clients with candidates. She cares deeply about the ReithGordon candidate experience, prioritises understanding the whole person, and strives to provide perspectives that help them make great professional and personal decisions.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts from RMIT University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Securities Institute of Australia.

In her spare time Olivia can be found wrangling her three daughters with her husband David, pottering in her garden, reading, listening to podcasts, or enjoying a beach or mountain range while obsessing over her daily step count.

Sarah Gordon

Sarah brings more than 15 years’ experience in corporate affairs, communications and executive search. She has worked across a range of industries, from corporates to sporting organisations, in-house and as a consultant. She has strong networks and a reputation for building trusted long-standing relationships.

Skilled at partnering with clients and candidates to align capability, values and vision, Sarah brings a track record of placing exceptional talent in corporate affairs and communications roles. Sarah is known for her industry knowledge and insights, consultative style, sound judgement and unwavering commitment to client and candidate care.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Management) and a Bachelor of Arts (Media & Communications) from the University of Melbourne.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her two young boys and husband Jimmy, watching her beloved Hawks at the MCG, bingeing on the latest crime series, keeping fit and sharing a meal with close friends.
